About the name
Every cub scout den leader, PTA chair, and team parent has heard that line at a sign-up meeting. The room laughs. Everyone knows the truth. Real volunteering is five hours, ten hours, a whole Saturday building a pinewood derby track at someone's kitchen table.
We named this One Hour Per Week as a wink at that joke, and also as a promise. We can't shrink the campout or run the bake sale for you. But the coordination part, the chasing and the texting and the spreadsheet rebuilds, that part we can absolutely give back.
So maybe not one hour. But a lot fewer than five.
One Hour Per Week is free to use today while we're in early access. As we grow we may introduce paid plans for organizations with larger or more advanced needs. Every organization that joins during early access keeps free access, even after we transition to a paid model. It's our thank-you for helping us build the product.
